Polityka prywatności — Poznaj AI

Dotyczy wyłącznie strony zaccounts.co.uk/ai-event.html i spotkania „Poznaj AI” (28 sierpnia 2026, Triduana Club, Edinburgh). Ostatnia aktualizacja: 26 sierpnia 2026.

  • imię i nazwisko,
  • czym się zajmujesz,
  • adres e-mail,
  • numer telefonu,

Nagrywanie spotkania

Anonimowe wyniki głosowań (same liczby i treści opinii, bez żadnych danych osobowych) możemy zachować dłużej do podsumowań.

Privacy policy — Poznaj AI

Applies only to zaccounts.co.uk/ai-event.html and the “Poznaj AI” meetup (28 August 2026, Triduana Club, Edinburgh). Last updated: 26 August 2026.

Who controls your data

The data controller is Zircon Accounts Limited, a sponsor of the event. For anything related to your data, write to office@zaccounts.co.uk.

What we collect and why

The only data we collect is what you type into the sign-up form:

  • your name,
  • what you do,
  • your e-mail address,
  • your phone number,
  • gender (if you choose to share it),
  • age range,
  • your preferences or questions ahead of the meetup.

We use it to organise this event: to know how many people are coming, to shape the programme around the attendees, and to contact you if anything changes (for example the time or the room). With your consent we may also get in touch with information about future, similar events.

Anonymous questions form

Questions sent through the “Ask a question” form are anonymous. We do not ask for your name, e-mail, or anything else that could identify you.

Check-in at the door

At the meetup we will ask you to mark yourself present: you scan a code at the entrance and type your e-mail, phone number or name. If you signed up earlier without a phone number, we will ask for it at the door. Anyone arriving without a sign-up can register on the spot. The attendance list goes into the same secured register as the sign-ups and is deleted within the same time limits.

Polls and voting during the meetup

Votes, ratings and opinions collected during the meetup are fully anonymous: no name, address or number is stored with them. Your browser only receives a random marker that stops the same question being answered twice — it cannot be traced back to you. Poll results are never linked to the attendance list or to the recording.

Recording of the meetup

The meetup will be recorded (video and audio) for coverage and materials about the event. We will say so at the start and on a slide. If you prefer to stay off camera, tell us at the door and we will point you to a seat out of shot. We ask attendees not to make their own recordings.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to office@zaccounts.co.uk.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell or share your data. Your form submission arrives by e-mail at office@zaccounts.co.uk, and a copy is kept in a secured attendee register on our server, outside the public part of the site. We delete the register within the same time limits as everything else. We do not pass an attendee list with personal data to the other sponsors or to the organiser. The page is hosted on Hostinger servers and fonts load from Google Fonts. The “add to calendar” and “map” links point to Google services and only open when you click them.

How long we keep it

We delete sign-up data and the attendance list no later than 30 days after the event, so by 27 September 2026. The exception is your name, e-mail address and phone number, which we keep with your consent so we can let you know about future events. We delete them as soon as you withdraw consent. Anonymous poll results (numbers and opinion texts, with no personal data) may be kept longer for write-ups. The recording of the meetup is kept for as long as it serves as coverage of the event; you can ask at any time for a part showing you to be cut.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. One e-mail to office@zaccounts.co.uk is enough. You also have the right to complain to the ICO, the UK data protection authority (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

The event page uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Browser storage (localStorage) only remembers your language choice and any draft text you type, and that information never leaves your device. The voting page sets one cookie holding a random marker that stops the same question being answered twice — it contains no information about you.
